I work with a select number of private clients on a 1:1 basis from my home studio on the Isle of Wight, but I also work with clients in their own homes and of course, as has become the norm in 2020, virtually via ZOOM.

1:1 training can be hugely helpful if you are training around specific symptoms – including pelvic floor dysfunction, mild to moderate prolapse, or diastasis OR you are just looking for a programme that is tailored specifically to you and your needs and lifestyle.

1:1 can also stretch up to 1:8 – if you’d like to organise a small group training session with friends, you’ll still benefit from that more personalised approach than you would an Instagram live….
