Pre and Postnatal Training
I have advanced qualifications in pre and postnatal training and love nothing more than helping mums-to-be stay fit and active during their pregnancies. Each and every pregnancy is totally unique, and brings with it its own physical and emotional challenges.
The REBALANCE Programme
A 12-week online programme designed to help you build healthier habits – and make movement a regular part of your life. With regular, real-time workouts to follow, not only will you build strength and stamina, but you’ll learn how to really tune in to your body and create more positive relationships with food, exercise and self-care.
